I am so excited to be launching my brand and program Get Real to Heal. This program has my heart, my blood, sweat and tears in it. It’s my life’s mission.

As someone who binge ate for years and years, I know what the frustration and resignation and guilt feel like. AND as someone who overcame binge eating, I know what it’s like to be on the other side of that. I found ease, freedom, and power around my own health AND I am a yes to my body.

The relaunch of this program is exciting in a lot of ways, but I think the big one is the new opportunity for me to tell people what the hell it is.

“Yes, this is a nutrition program, but it is SO NOT a nutrition program.”

So many people want to feel better, look better. And so many people are frustrated and resigned about actually getting what they want because they’ve tried a lot before and have never been able to make it stick.

What people will get here is a solid kick in the pants AND the freedom and peace that comes with feeling like you’re the one who’s in the driver’s seat.

Molly Sanders, B.A., CNP graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto in 2015. A nutritionist, coach, speaker and entrepreneur, she's highly trained in accountability coaching, saying what there is to say, and is qualified to tell you what to eat.

I attended nutrition school as a solution to my own health issues, after seeing the impact nutrition had on my life I was inspired. I wanted to educate and empower others to take control of their health too. I have always had a passion for being in the kitchen, so it was the perfect match.

With so much information out there is can be confusing and difficult to know what is best for you. As someone who has tried a ton of different things and is basically willing to try anything, I can help clients navigate the waters, so they figure out what works best for them. Nutrition shouldn’t be about restricting yourself, it should be about doing what make you feel good and eating delicious food. I’m always creating new recipes to share with my clients.

Stir-fry! They are loaded with veggies, simple to make and packed with flavor.

Hands down poutine, but it must be made with cheese curds. If I’m going to have a poutine its got to be the real deal!

Brickworks Cider- so refreshing and the ingredient is simply apples.

Start lifting weights again! I was injured about a year go, so I had to stop lighting. Who knows maybe I’ll even compete in a competition.

I love that people still get to work with us one-on-one. I think this is such an imperative part of the program because you have someone who can answer all your questions, support you through the process and hold you accountable when needed.

I am passionate about transforming health. Letting people experience life to the fullest.

Other than hangover remedies, I love getting people back out there - eliminating the pain that slows them down. I’ve done a lot to manage pain for myself so I know how debilitating it can be, and I know it doesn’t have to be that way.

Why would I not be awesome? Sharing my love for life says it all!

I love fish, with a tomato caper sauce. Green beans on the side, and a light oil and vinegar salad. (I’m salivating!!) It’s best when I don't cook it!

Calamari and a nice glass of Italian red. - but it’s more about being the center of attention on date night!

Depends on the conversation, if I’m chatty then a mocktail of cranberry and lemon, if I’m mellow (or need to be) then a Glenmorangie - neat.

I have so many doable goals on my list.  I think the most exciting one will be launching my own Wellness Program centered around pain, fatigue and mental clarity. (a.k.a., Fibromyalgia). We are all Warriors! Just need a little help sometimes!

The program is amazing and the best part of the program as a coach is celebrating the client's success. They have accomplished their goals and make bigger and better goals!!  They KNOW they can accomplish anything!
