The program takes place over 12 weeks. Each week, you watch a video lesson and have a one-on-one session with your personal food coach. You’ll also have homework and exercises each week.

Each of our Food Coaches are Certified Nutritional Practitioners and are trained in results-based coaching you to make sure you achieve the results you’re looking to achieve. Our Food Coaches are skilled at motivating and empowering you when you can’t see how to do that for yourself.

No way! If you’re not going to do it for life, you’re not going to do it in this program. This is not a quick fix – but a program to overhaul your health for life.

After the 12 weeks, you’ll have all the knowledge, tools, and structures you need to manage any situation life throws at you. That said, some of our clients – especially those looking to achieve big goals like losing a significant amount of weight or managing chronic health conditions through food – opt to participate in our extended coaching program until they reach their goals. Regardless, you have access to the program’s videos, resources, trackers, and guides for life.

The cost of the program is $2995 + HST, and is payable in full up front or in three monthly installments.

Hell yes! Because everything in this program is customized through your one-on-one sessions with your Food Coach, anyone - literally ANYONE can fully participate in this program and experience phenomenal results.
