Here's the straight and narrow of it: Why we can offer a one year program with the amount of coaching, mentorship, and training that we do at the rate that we do is because when you make money, you contribute financially to our company.

Over the course of a year, you're going to complete Four Distinct Phases while you're in the program.
The Results: Gain traction online, network like a pro, and start working with clients. Celebrate your accomplishments during this phase with a party for your friends and family to attend.
Once you complete the Bootcamp, you're officially official - it's time to hit the ground running!
During the 90 Day Launchpad, you're honing your chops as a coach and as someone who is an EXPERT in having people say, "Yes! I want to work with YOU!"
During this phase, you'll be coaching 2 clients assigned to you (you're paid $375/client) while implementing your personal execution plan with the guidance of your personal coach.
The Results: Create your signature talk, sit down with a digital marketing and social media expert, and start to bring in some serious cash.
Following the 90 Day Launchpad, it's time to get down to business about your business.
WHO do you like to work with?
HOW do you like to work with people?
WHERE are those people now?
WHAT else do you want to offer your ideal client?
Over the next six months of the program, you'll start to discover and hone in on the answers to these questions.
At the end of these 6 months, we gift you a session with your digital experts. You'll also start to customize your communications, automations and offerings to fit the needs of your idea client, while becoming a next level expert at bringing your ideal client through the door AND getting them the results they're looking for.
The Results: Deliver your first signature event and start to built your reputation as an industry expert.
Now that you have your niche, these last three months are about what's next?
As you implement your strategy from the 6 Month Niche Discovery, it's time to look ahead.
Where do you want to be 6 months from now? 1 year from now? 5 years from now?
Then level up. You've accomplished SO MUCH over the past year - and it's time to re-evaluate. At the end of this phase, you'll have a full day sit down with Molly to celebrate your wins and create your future.
Yep. You read that right.
Why? Because I am not interested in giving you just information – tips & tricks of the trade, how to’s. IT DOESN’T MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
This program is designed for you to learn and then DO.
If you want to “figure out” how to run a practice, Google it.
But I promise you - where most people get tripped up is NOT in finding the information – it’s in the execution. You could plan and research FOREVER – and believe me, some of you will.
If you don't implement any of your plans – you’re not going anywhere fast.
Now before you go getting all hard on yourself – there’s nothing wrong with you. Left to our own devices, we humans – yes ALL humans – will procrastinate; avoid the things we don’t like doing, the things we don’t know how to do, the things we are uncomfortable doing.

You have EVERYTHING you need to help people. That's why you got into this business in the first place – isn’t it? To help people?
The second thing I want to tell you is this:
The only thing missing is the proper training. Just like you weren’t an expert when you STARTED nutrition school, you were when you popped out. You followed a carefully designed, curated and structured program that got you from A to B.
Here’s what I’ve noticed:
When it comes to establishing your own programming/practice, practitioners often:
NOTE: This is where you quit or REALLY want to quit: "Life was pretty good when I was bartending - let's go back to that?"
I want you to remember this: You are an EXPERT in nutrition.
You are NOT:
Did that last one throw you a bit? I get it. But here’s the rub: no matter WHAT KIND of practice you’re looking to establish – in person, online, as part of an existing clinic – you MUST MASTER SALES.
If you don’t have clients, you're not helping people.
If you don't have clients, you don’t have a practice.
P.S. Remember that learning vs. doing bit? SALES is where the makes THE difference.
